Mr. Riaz Ahmad Khan, Director Staff, Senate Secretariat has been working in the Senate Defence Committee since June 2012. Earlier he was posted in the Senate Foreign Affairs Committee. He holds Bachelor’s Degree from University of Peshawar and Master’s Degree in Political Science from University of Punjab, Lahore. Being Focal Person of Committee, he is responsible for maintaining the Committee Office, upkeep of record, contact with Members of the Committee and coordinate with Secretary Committee/Senate Secretariat for holding meetings of the Committee. He is also dealing with the work related to preparation of the reports in the book form which involves compilation, proof-reading, coordination with printers and dissemination of the report to various quarters in public and private sectors.
