General Wynne, General Hurley, initiate Pakistan-Australia Security Talks

Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee (CJSC), General Khalid Shameem Wynne met with Australian Chief of Defence Forces General David Hurley, on Friday, to initiate the sixth round of Pakistan-Australia Defence and Security Talks and third round of Pakistan-Australia 1.5 Track Security Dialogue. According to ISPR, matters concerning joint collaboration between the two armed forces were discussed especially with reference to the security situation in Afghanistan. Earlier on, the CJCSC also called on Minister of Defence of Australia, Stephen Smith.
