Pakistan's support for Azerbaijan will continue: COAS

Chief of Army Staff General Ashfaq Pervez Kiyani met with Azerbaijan’s Ambassador to Pakistan Dashdin Shikarov. Cooperation between Azerbaijani and Pakistani armed forces came under discussion. General Kiyani said Pakistan’s support for Azerbaijan will continue and its armed forces stand with Azerbaijan. Mr. Shikarov also handed Azerbaijan’s Defence Minister’s letter to General Kiyani inviting him to pay an official visit to Azerbaijan in 2013.
